Every year Toyota recognizes the finest dealerships across Canada with the prestigious President's Award. The President's Program honors Toyota dealers that excel in every aspect of their operations and provides recognition to dealerships that continue to go above and beyond at each point of the customer experience and strive for excellence at every level of the dealership.

This year Western Toyota has been recognized with 3 President’s Program Awards the 2021 Accountants Program Award, the 2021 Sales & After Sales Operational Excellence Award (Sales Operational Excellence, Category 2), and the 2021 Program Award (Operational Excellence, Category 2).

The Accounts Program Awards are presented to the top dealers across Canada who have completed at least 10 of 12 months free of critical errors, according to dealership standards.

The Presidents Program Award for Sales Operational Excellence is presented to the top 35 dealerships across Canada. This Award is based on the winning category breakdown in Sales Excellence, taking into consideration Retail Target Achievements, Sales Efficiency, Toyota Purchase Recommendation, Customer Satisfaction, and more.

The President’s Program Award is presented to the top 35 Dealerships across Canada based on a multitude of factors including Sales Operations, After Sales Operations, Customer Satisfaction, and Overall Operational Excellence.
