What's the Difference Between the RAV4 Trim Levels?

The 2020 Toyota RAV4 is designed to ignite your desire to explore. However, with so many trim configurations, it can be difficult to choose!

RAV4 Standard Features:

Every 2020 RAV4 is built from the same 2.5 Litre, 4-Cylinder VVT-I engine producing 203 horsepower. From there each RAV4 comes fully equipped with:

• Apple CarPlay
• Android Auto
• Blind Spot Monitor with Rear Cross-Traffic Alert
• Backup Camera
• Heated Front Seats
• LED daytime running lights
• LED Headlamps
• 1500-lbs Towing Capacity,
• Toyota Safety Sense 2.0 technology package
• Automatic Transmission - the latest generation RAV4 is not available in a manual transmission.

RAV4 LE

The 2020 RAV4 LE is available in two trims, FWD and AWD drivetrain.

The 2020 LE FWD and AWD models come equipped with a 7-inch touch screen display, Keyless Remote Entry, Premium Fabric Seats, manual adjustable drivers’ seat, 4.2-inch color Multi-Information Display, Air Conditioning, Variable Intermittent Wipers and 17” steel Wheels.

RAV4 XLE

The 2020 RAV4 XLE is also available in both XLE FWD and XLE AWD configurations. The XLE model also has a Premium Package available.

The FWD XLE comes equipped with all the same features as the XLE model, but with the added features of a Smart Key with Push Button Start, Power Rear Lift Gate, Leather Wrapped Steering Wheel, Heated Steering Wheel, 8-way power-adjustable driver seat, Dual Zone Automatic Climate Control, Fog Lamps, Rain Sensing Wipers, Power Moonroof, Tonneau Cover, and 17-inch Alloy Wheels.

The 2020 Premium XLE AWD comes equipped All of the same features as the rest of the models in the XLE Lineup, but with some bonuses like an upgraded 8” touch screen, SiriusXM Satellite Radio, Leather Wrapped Shift Knob, Memory Driver’s Seat, 19” Alloy Wheels, and Mixed SofTex Leather Seating Surfaces. Upgrading to XLE Premium also gets you Toyota Connected Services (TCS). TCS allows you to control and get information about your vehicle from your phone, including the ability to start it remotely.

RAV4 TRAIL

As the newest addition to the Rav4 family, the 2020 RAV4 Trail AWD is where we start to see the most noticeable changes to the interior and exterior of the vehicle.

The Standard RAV4 Trail AWD comes equipped with all the same features as the XLE RAV4 plus an upgraded 8” Touch Screen Display, SiriusXM Satellite Radio, Wireless Charging, Multi-Terrain Select, Leather Wrapped Heated Steering Wheel, Softex Seats, Ventilated Front Seats, 7-inch color multi-information display, 19” Alloy Wheels, a Dynamic Torque Vectoring All-Wheel Drive with Rear Driveline Disconnect, and it even comes equipped with an upgraded Towing Capacity of 3500-lbs.

The Trail AWD also comes in a TRD Off-Road package (new for 2020) with added LED Foglamps, Built-In Navigation with embedded Traffic and Weather, and 11 Speaker JBL Audio System, 18" Off-Road Alloy Wheels, and a TRD Tuned Off-Road Suspension making it capable to handle almost any terrain.

RAV4 LIMITED

The 2020 Limited package is the most luxurious RAV4 that we have to offer. Including an 11 Speaker JBL Audio System, Built-in Navigation with embedded Traffic and Weather, Panoramic View Monitor, Intelligence Clearance Sonar, Bird’s Eye View Camera, Blind Spot Monitoring with Rear Cross-Traffic Alert and Rear Cross Traffic Braking, Power Rear Liftgate with Kick Sensor, Multi-Terrain Select, Mixed SofTex Leather Seating Surfaces, Ventilated Front Seats, Driver Seat Memory System, Heated Front, and Rear Seats, Digital Display Rear View Mirror with HomeLink, LED Fog Lamps, Automatic Rain Sensing Wipers, 19" Alloy Wheels, and Dynamic Torque Vectoring All-Wheel Drive with Rear Driveline Disconnect.
